Great Experience Gais was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and no pressure which I like. I was looking at another car at a diff Gais was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and no pressure which I like. I was looking at another car at a different dealer and wanted my wife to see them both to help me pick and Gais agreed that I should come back with her and look, without any hard sell. When we came back the next day we decided on the Acura TLX he had on our own without pressure at all. The process was easy after that with Gais doing the paper work quickly and they matched my low credit union finance rate so we could take the car that night. The finance part was fast and easy also with Raj handling the order and all the paperwork done quickly and without the scare tactics other dealers have done to me on purchases to sell you extended warranties on the car, tires and rims, interior, etc. He just explained those options and let us decide. Overall a very good car buying experience at Precision Acura. I would recommend them to anyone, Definitely ask for Gais if you want a no pressure, knowledgeable and funny salesman to help you purchase a car. More

Raj Ramnarine is a I leased a 2016 RDX Base AWD (first time with Acura for me) and was pleased to lease the re-designed 2019 RDX at Precision Acura. Raj Ramnarine is a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson. He took care of all of the paperwork and pre-deliver promptly, handled by lease turn-in, and was very patient and enthusiastic in explaining and demostrating all of the new vehicle's features at delivery. It's a lot to get accustomed to. The Sales Manager, Eric Sebar, who also handled my lease three years ago, was always accessible (I like the fact the Sales Manager is right out on the showroom floor and not hidden away in an office), responded to all of my questions and was transparent on the numbers pertaining to the deal. The Service Dep't is excellent from my experience over the last 3 years. I have been treated courteously and respectfully at all times hence the reason I returned to lease the new vehicle. There is a Acura dealership less than 10 minutes from my home but I don't mind driving 35 minutes to go to Prescision Acura and I highly recommend them. More

Charlie made my day! I have been trying to get another Acura TLX- I really love this car and enjoy driving it. My lease was up soon and I wanted to get the same car. I als I have been trying to get another Acura TLX- I really love this car and enjoy driving it. My lease was up soon and I wanted to get the same car. I also wanted the best deal on it. Charlie made it happen- he has a huge smile that made me feel at ease and reassured me he could get me into a TLX. He introduced me to Raj and we completed the deal. I felt like I was taken care of and Charlie heard what I was saying- not just another car sale. Brian in the service department is amazing also - I brought my car in for service and mentioned my lease was up in a few months and he said - you have to meet Charlie. What a great team! More
