My sales person Kylor was wonderful. I stopped in a month or so before and did not have a nice experience with another sales person. This was by far the most tedious car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process took approximately 3 hours, 50 minutes. At age 71, I have purchased a reasonable number of cars both new and used b have ever had. The entire process took approximately 3 hours, 50 minutes. At age 71, I have purchased a reasonable number of cars both new and used but have never had an experience like this. I don’t whether it was a staffing issue or what. What I do know is that, if I had the flexibility to leave to go to another dealership, I would have. I am curious to see how their service department does. More
