You buy a car, once you drive off the lot the customer service disappears. Disappointed. I left multiple messages, voice and email with just about everyone I could think of about the maintenance plan. Fi service disappears. Disappointed. I left multiple messages, voice and email with just about everyone I could think of about the maintenance plan. Finally over a week goes by and someone calls me to sell me a maintenance plan, which is what I was trying to do. When I explained to the person about how frustrated I was, I was told that everyone is busy moving last month's inventory. Yeah, okay. I thought this dealership would be different but nice when they are selling and once you drive away, they dont give xxxx. More

Went to Subaru dealership that would have largest inventory near me, which was Subaru of Kennesaw. What a pleasant experience that converted me to a Subaru fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic B fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic BUY NOW type atmosphere. But Ralph was so welcoming. He really cares about the Solterra and Subaru in general. He showed me all the bells and whistles of the car and laid out six different pricing options, showing me the best deals they could currently offer depending on leasing or buying, and giving me time to think it over with my husband. I felt legitimately helped rather than taken advantage of. The actual signing forms financial part was smooth with very cool digital forms saved on a USB. And even though the dealership already had my money, they still gave me goodie bags, advice on the car, and just an overall good feeling about Subaru. I walked into the dealership by myself skeptical if I even wanted a Subaru, I walked out with a car I love and a Subaru fan for life given the dealership experience. More
