Ralph Paty and Lexus of Chattanooga are simply the best. They turned a disaster into the best experience we’ve had with a dealership, ever. On a 30-day, cross-country trip this past July 2021, in heavy highway traffic on I-81 So. in Virginia, doing 60 mph, out of nowhere, a truck tire re-tread the size of a car door broke free from a truck ahead of us and slammed into the front of our 2019 Lexus NX 300. I had no choice but to try to hold the car steady and ride over it. The car stayed steady and we were ok. The damage to the NX was significant. We were outside of Chattanooga and at 5:30 pm we limped into Lexus of Chattanooga to see about initiating an insurance estimate and trying to determine how long it might take to repair the car. Again, this is in the midst of a 30-day cross-country trip of which we were two weeks in. While at the dealership, we met Ralph Paty, a congenial, straight-talking veteran sales person of Lexus. Even though it was after hours, Ralph engaged with us and listened to our plight. He then snapped into action. Ralph lived up to his reputation of "not being a sales person, but a service person." We were frankly in a jam, as we needed to drive another 2800 to get back home to California within our remaining two weeks. By the next morning, Ralph stepped us through a plan to trade in NX, and he gave us an amazing deal on a new Lexus GX. So, within less than 24 hours, we were ready to head back out on the road with a beautiful new Lexus on which we got a wonderful deal. Ralph and his team were superb in every way. We can't say enough good things about Ralph and his colleagues who helped us, including Leigh Ann Morgan (Finance Manager), Christiane Renz (Certified Sales and Leasing Professional), Jennifer Welchel (Lexus Appointment Coordinator), Maria Gains (Lexus Service Advisor), Aaron Schreiner (Technology Specialist), and everyone at Lexus of Chattanooga. Led by Ralph, the team was compassionate, straightforward, focused, resourceful, incredibly kind and creative, and served us beyond all expectations. Thanks to Ralph, this potential disaster turned out to be a highlight of this already amazing trip -- a potential disaster averted with the help of some really great people. Since then, I've been telling folks I meet that -- no matter where they may be from -- it's worth flying to Chattanooga, staying in this charming city (one we just discovered this trip), go see Ralph, and get a great deal on a new Lexus from him, and then drive it home. We couldn't be happier or more grateful. Thank you, Ralph and Lexus of Chattanooga. When back in Chattanooga (and we aim to return!), we'll be sure to check in. More

Leigh Ann Morgan did the initial paper work and explained financing. She called me the day before my car arrived and gave me the final payment information. Aaron Schreiner was most helpful in explains all the technology and setting up my iPhone and the Lexus app. Marc Bales was most helpful with all the final paper work that I had to sign. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I love my new Lexus… this is #5 for me to drive! More
