I drove all the way from Middle Tennesse to buy my brand new RX350. They had exactly what I wanted and were willing to negotiate a little with me unlike our local Lexus dealer. I spoke with the sales manager Robert Graham several times prior to driving over to purchase my car. Robert was so helpful and honest which is a huge plus for this female who can negotiate anything but hates dealing with car sales people. Once I arrived in Chattanooga Robert introduced me to Ralph Paty, their #1 sales person. He was very engaging, answered all my questions and facilitated the paperwork and sale. I was in and back on my way to Nashville in about an hour. Both Robert and Ralph stood by their words and honored what was promised verbally on precious phone calls. Within 2 weeks (my choice) my car was delivered to my home in Middle Tennessee after returning from our vacation. Erin was the expert technician who gave me an hour tutorial at my home on how to use my new car and did a great job!! Since I received my RX350 last October I have called on Robert, Erin and mostly Ralph for technical / service questions about my new car. I say mostly Ralph because about once a month I reach out to him with a question. He always answers his phone and takes time to talk to me and answer my questions. I wish I lived closer to Chattanooga to take my car for service there. I have told pretty much everyone I know to call Ralph if you want a new or gently owned car and he will shoot you straight. This coming from a female buyer who was dreading the whole process after owning my beloved Lexus sedan for 18 years. Ralph is your guy and until this buying experience I never would have said this! Ralph’s customer service is outstanding and I will be buying my next car from him and Lexus of Chattanooga! Kudos to Robert Graham and the owners/ leadership at Lexus of Chattanooga for investing in such great sales people like Ralph Paty!! I will be back for my next new Lexus!! All of you have been a pleasure to work with! More
