Though I had owned an identical Lexus previously, Jackson made sure I knew all the tech ins and outs, and linked my phone and HomeLink with the car as well. Dale was great to work with in finance. He made spending a bunch of money fun. Once the deal was done, Ralph drove to the rental store and picked me up after dropping off my rental. The dealership was immaculate and attractive. Everyone I encountered was beyond pleasant and helpful. My only regret is that I live in Nashville and won't be able to get my Lexus serviced at this dealership. However, when it comes time to buy another Lexus, I think I'll make the journey to Chattanooga again. More
