Took company Ford F550 for specific problem with transmission. Was told they couldn't tell me what the problem was until they took it apart. Was told that by the time they took it apart, found the p transmission. Was told they couldn't tell me what the problem was until they took it apart. Was told that by the time they took it apart, found the problem and repaired it, it would cost as much as full replacement. Quoted me full transmission replacement. Never was offered cost comparison. We took it to a local shop for the full replacement for less than Currie quoted. Same warranty. I believe the truck was never looked at by a mechanic. I believe the service technician comprised the quote only after I called after three days to check the statis. We were charged 165.00 for the service inspection. I was told if we decided to have the work done, they would take the 165.00 off. We will never do business with Currie Motors. More

Ramiro in the service area was very tenacious in following up on the part that was needed for the repair. He was honest and straightforward, even if the information was not particularly what I want following up on the part that was needed for the repair. Employees were so nice! !! Free snacks would have been nice in the waiting area and hot chocolate! Thought my Truck would have been washed after service but it was not..... !!
