They left 2 seat totally unusable then said they couldn't help me. When it was taken in to be fixed the seat was reclined but was able to be used. The response and the way things were explained were really helpful. Not a fan. Dealers are selling a lot of cars nowadays and do not care one bit about service, customer experience, or making a deal work. Wouldn't even do the smallest tasks that have been no issue with other dealers. My ability to buy was questioned in a manner unbefitting. the test drive was severely restricted and not satisfactory, the sunroof did not work as promised at pickup, my bank had given signed letter of commitment to pay but they would not allow me to take my truck despite all paperwork being signed, the wire transfer beginning, and two of my bankers willing to talk on the phone for commitment above and beyond the letters that were available. Loved working with Buck, he is the reason for stars at all. More
