I attempted to contact the person listed in the dealers response on many occasions and have been unsuccessful; each time I call or send an email no response is forthcoming and no one answers the phone. I went to the dealership in person and was given what is supposed to be a copy of the check sent to MCU in refund for the canceled warranty, dated 06/03/2022, however MCU has stated that no funds were ever received from Yonkers KIA/Respect Auto Group LLC. Each time I contact Juan Vadi, one of the finance staff at that location, he states that he would look into it and call me back but fails to ever call me back. When I call the main number for the dealership no one answers or, when someone does finally answer, I am told that no General Manager is available to assist at the moment and that the finance department is either out to lunch or is otherwise unavailable. It is evident that Yonkers KIA is attempting to withhold the $4,573.18 from being refunded to my MCU account and it has begun to get so frustrating that I believe it may be time to file a claim in courts to recover funds that the warranty company, US Warranty, sent back to Yonkers KIA over 2 months ago.
