I have been a customer of Melloy Nissan for 10 years. Having just moved to the West Side in May I brought my 2016 Nissan Frontier SL in for a 100,000 mi. Service. Ramon was excellent yo work with, but I must say that I was not very pleased with the service dept! After spending $3,000+ for servive, the person I spoke to was NOT very customer friendly, they did not wash my truck. As they always do at Melloy, and they didn't deliver it truck to me! I had to walk half way around the parking lot to get my truck. Not to mention that I was told that one of my Fob's that was mot working would be fixed and it wasn't, so I had to walk all the way back in to get that taken care of. So I will probably be going back to Melloy with both my Altima and my Frontier and to look for a new vehicle when the time comes. I'm sorry to have to write this type of review I was really hoping to be using Reliable for the service on both my Nissans. Thank YouCary Barton More
