I had an oil change last week. The technician did not put the dipstick back in correctly. I have oil all over my brand new driveway and had to bring my car back in to fix the leak. The technician did not put the dipstick back in correctly. I have oil all over my brand new driveway and had to bring my car back in to fix the leak. It was really a hassle to rearrange my schedule to bring my car back in and then wait for an hour. The last time I was in, the technician didn’t do something right with the gasket or something, and I had another oil leak that had to be fixed. I hope this doesn’t become a pattern… More

I waited for 3-1/2 hours for a recall correction. After waiting I was informed the the recall was not loaded in to the module and I would have to come back in 2 weeks to do it all over again. I am glad they were able to identify that I had a bad battery, however when they installed the new battery all sensors needed to be reset, I had low tire pressure and they didn’t fill them, I would think battery, however when they installed the new battery all sensors needed to be reset, I had low tire pressure and they didn’t fill them, I would think this could be done as a courtesy of the dealership, I can go to any tire shop and have this done which was exactly what I had to do, which shouldn’t have been the case being that they had my car over 5 days More
