After opting to not invest in repairs for my 2014 GL450, Andy did a superb job of expediting finding a suitable used car that was fully equipped to match my needs, including the t repairs for my 2014 GL450, Andy did a superb job of expediting finding a suitable used car that was fully equipped to match my needs, including the tow package I needed for use the next day. Andy was extremely professional, patient, and worked to make sure I was happy with my trade-in value. Ramona was amazing! She handled the financing and paperwork end with lightening speed and efficiency. And most of all, I really appreciated the team for staying late and helping me clear out my old vehicle. More

After visiting the lot over the weekend and making an appointment to view the car, John got back to me the next day. I was surprised to receive a response while the dealership was closed, but was happy t appointment to view the car, John got back to me the next day. I was surprised to receive a response while the dealership was closed, but was happy to see John’s email. My appointment the following day was great. My family and I arrived and we were treated with care. John was never too inquisitive nor pushy through out the entire process. This was my first experience buying a car and I was quite pleased. John was in touch the day after to ensure that I was still happy with the car and to schedule time with one of the interior specialists. I love my new car and am happy to recommend John at RBM Alpharetta. More
