Ramona from the finance department was super nice and very professional, and assisted in making the finance process smooth by providing concise and clear communication. I received the price that was negotiated with Mark Higgins (no last-minute surprises). Before leaving out the dealership Alivia provided a walk-through of the vehicle again to ensure I knew how to use all the gadgets and features on my new Mercedes ☺️.
