Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Great customer service, until you get to finance dept Randy and Mark were great - couldn’t have been better. Genuinely felt like they both wanted to see me happy with my new car. That being said, their finance team could use quite a bit of work on their EQ skills. Not personable, trying to rush through the signing of a dozen or so papers with extremely fast and scripted explanations of what each document is. Worst part was when he was trying to sell an additional warranty. Found it extremely sleezy. A 7 year warranty on just ge electronics and nav if the vehicle was explained as a bumper to bumper... shady. then started at $2800 which I wasn’t Thrilled with, so Sean seemihgly make a fake call (seemed fake at least) where he got a “$500 credit” from his back office. I walked out at that point and said I’d give it some thought. I felt very much like I was being put on the spot. So, upon review I found out it wasn’t a bumper to bumper and just electronics/nav, so i went back and declined the extend warranty... he proceeded to “call” his back office again and get another $500 credit. Getting worse and worse! I declined all of the above. Again, Randy C and Mark F were awesome - would recommend them and then asking them for a finance professional other than Sean! (I’m sure they’d understand and have no problem) More

Professional attitude and exceptional service. I took my car in to this same dealership that I purchased my last Infinity. The car was the best I have ever had. When I had service, it was seamless I took my car in to this same dealership that I purchased my last Infinity. The car was the best I have ever had. When I had service, it was seamless and quick. I traded in my 2014 QX60, and purchased a 2018 QX60. I never had any problems with the 2014. I travel a lot and found this car to be extremely comfortable. All the people here are so courteous and professional. I came the next morning and picked up my new car! More
