Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! Sold me a car with MAJOR problems! Asked if it had been taken through emissions, they told me no. Asked if there were any active recalls on it, they told me a car with MAJOR problems! Asked if it had been taken through emissions, they told me no. Asked if there were any active recalls on it, they told me know. Had me just initial for all the paperwork so they could print them out. Carfax report included. Didn’t get to look at the report until I got home because I was there 3-4 hours and just wanted to leave....trusting the salesman. When I looked at the report, they had taken it through emissions and it FAILED!! Looking more at the report...active recall!!! Not happy. 2 days later they had to come tow the car from my work because the check engine light came on and it was 2 transmission codes!! Had my car for over a month. During that time it sat at the Dodge dealer for a week. Knowing it had a recall on it, the Dodge dealer tried to call, text and email Nelson Mazda to get approval to fix the recall issue....Nelson Mazda never returned any of them. So now I have to bring the car to the Dodge dealer and leave it with them for 3 hours when it could have easily been fixed while it just sat there for a week!! When contacting Nelson Mazda about the status of my car....sooooo many different stories from different people it’s not even funny!!! Then, after replacing the transmission and finally getting my car back, there’s a noise in the passenger front end that was NOT there when I took it for a 20 minute test drive the day I bought it!! Will NOT bring it back to Nelson Mazda, would rather pay out of my own pocket then have them ever touch my car again!!! I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!! Worst experience of my life!!!! More
