Randy was our service advisor. He handled everything from scheduling to greeting us and then calling us to let us know the car was ready to be picked up. Randy even made it so that He handled everything from scheduling to greeting us and then calling us to let us know the car was ready to be picked up. Randy even made it so that my son could have his car back in time to get to an event he was going to that day. Randy was excellent. The service was excellent. Thank you. More

I’m last visit was horrible. My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hour My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hours of waiting, I finally get a text of service recommendations which included bad battery 🙄. After I approved the recommendation of battery change, I didn’t get my car until 2 and a half hours later. My advice advisor was nowhere to be found and I had to get another advisor to check me out. That was 4 and a half hours of waiting for a battery change More
