Reason I did deal with dealership I vowed to never do again I had used the dealership for service. Excellent continuous experience with Robert Collier. Randy earned my trust over a short period of time as he responded quickly to numerous requests for financial and technical info. These 2 guys are responsible for my decision to do the deal for an NX300. Finance, service and technology personnel were also outstanding. I hope I remember names of all team members. More

I live in palm beach county so it's about an hour drive for us but we did not find any car that we were looking for near by so when I first contacted them online. I got response back from Randy. He is great. He did a custom video for the car I was looking and sent me over the phone since we were far from dealership. Now on the day when we went to look at the car (and eventually bought it also) Randy was not working but he also drove an hour (we found out Randy actually lives very close to us) on his off day to come meet us and help us w our purchase. That's next level service. More

We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday and were greeted by Randy, who brought us immediately to the vehicle we were interested in. He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. After answering our questions and a test drive we decided to trade in our 2005 ES330. The transaction was handled quickly and professionally and we left with the new vehicle after a "technical" orientation from a technology specialist. We love the car and the warranty! More
