Lack response,lack knowledge of car on lot,put touch up paint on large dent in door did not see this car drove another was sold this one. Dealing with Randy and Nick was an awesome experience. Both men were very pleasant and answered any questions that we felt needed to be asked. That being said, when we went to see Evan about financing, th Both men were very pleasant and answered any questions that we felt needed to be asked. That being said, when we went to see Evan about financing, things went into an extremely downward spiral. Even with very good credit scores, we were first presented with an almost 11% interest rate. After several attempts to reach a clear understanding of the interest rate we needed, we left in frustration with the idea of him checking for a lower rate overnight. He insulted my wife's intelligence and understanding of finances. He did finally find a lower rate (surprise!) and we purchased the vehicle. I really feel that he had an issue with her because they had already had a poor interaction when we helped our daughter buy her van 3 yrs ago. Personally the only reason I gave him 1 star was because there's nothing to check for being lower than that. Evidently he has already hit rock bottom and has begun to dig. Even though I will have my vehicle serviced there, I will never, ever buy a vehicle from there again. Nor will I ever refer anyone. Not as long as the I know there's a possibility of having to deal with him again More
