Long Distance Purchase I assisted my elderly mother in researching and buying a new 2017 Kia Sportage SUV. Paramount Kia of Hickory is TrueCar certified dealership; which ma I assisted my elderly mother in researching and buying a new 2017 Kia Sportage SUV. Paramount Kia of Hickory is TrueCar certified dealership; which made our purchase really easy and both hassle and haggle free and very much worth the 417 mile drive to Hickory from my home NW of Nashville, Tennessee and 417 miles back home the next day. I submitted a TrueCar buyers request on a Saturday; Randy was on the phone back to me within a 1/2 hour. After agreeing to a sale price we drove to Hickory the following Thursday. Because this was an across the state line purchase I thought I might experience state-to-state sales tax issues; there were none; easy-peasy. It was a pleasure to work with Randy Rosenbalm and the Paramount Hickory sales team. Randy also happens to be a fellow military veteran. More

Purchase Hello world my name is James Murdock and I recently purchased a Kia Rio from Randy Rosenbaum at Paramount Kia of Hickory North Carolina and I just wan Hello world my name is James Murdock and I recently purchased a Kia Rio from Randy Rosenbaum at Paramount Kia of Hickory North Carolina and I just want to say that although Kia may not be lexis and it may not be a Mercedes and I'm sure those guys take really good care of you when you buy a car from them but I must say that Randy Rosenbaum took very good care of me I mean he went above and beyond the service was exceptional and anything that I needed he took care of it including a couple of problems I had after purchase he also took care of that and enclosing if you visit Kia if you think about buying a kid please talk to Randy Rosenbaum he is very professional and he's excellent at what he does thank you More

Randy is the man! I originally came in for service on my 2013 optima and ended up leaving with a 2017 sportage! Randy was so helpful! He listened to what I wanted and he didn't try to pressure me in to buying anything, like most salesmen do! This is my first brand new car purchase and Randy and Teudi made it a great one! More

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN GETTING A NEW VEHICLE ON THE SPOT. Randy helped me make a decision in getting my new car. I had trouble deciding the type and had to replace my old 2003 Kia Optima that had 170,000 mile Randy helped me make a decision in getting my new car.
