I was not allowed to make an appointment for a tire change and was told I may have to wait, which I agreed to. After waiting for 2 hours, I checked my phone and discovered a text from the service depar change and was told I may have to wait, which I agreed to. After waiting for 2 hours, I checked my phone and discovered a text from the service department saying my car was done. The text had arrived 15 minutes before I saw it. I went to the desk to pay and told the lady I didn’t know my car was done and had waited even longer than necessary. She was not very polite and just said, well, you were paged. This was my first experience with the service department and not a good experience. i did appreciate the complimentary car wash though. Next time I will insist on an appointment and not put my phone on silent. I think customer notification could be improved. More
