My 2016 Odyssey check engine light came on right in front of Crown Honda. I made a U-Turn and pulled into the service Dept without an appointment. Randy Stiles took over, I had a warranty issue that was decl of Crown Honda. I made a U-Turn and pulled into the service Dept without an appointment. Randy Stiles took over, I had a warranty issue that was declined at first; he along with the service managers fought for us and made it right! He made sure I had everything I needed while my van was being fixed. I would highly recommend working with Randy if you want the BEST service. It is hard to come by these days and Randy will treat you right! More
