For the first time in my years of using Lou Sobh I didn't have the best customer service experience. I never got an update on my vehicle, an oil change and tire rotation and balance had me there for three ho have the best customer service experience. I don't know if he forgot that I was waiting or what. I had seen that my car was off of the rack quite a while before I reached out to him. More
