I found my car online, called ahead to make sure it was still there, and when I went in, it was still on the lot and I was able to buy it. Raul Ayala was my salesperson and was knowledgeable about the features and provided great customer service. No doubt in mind Walter's Mercedes-Benz is the best place to buy a MB. Best Dealership Ever with the A-team! We have bought numerous vehicles from Walter's Mercedes and each time we have had a stress-free purchase. Andrew is a first class salesperson being up We have bought numerous vehicles from Walter's Mercedes and each time we have had a stress-free purchase. Andrew is a first class salesperson being upfront, honest and uses transparency with costs by showing us all options of price and availability on his computer screen. He works hard to please his buyers, giving 110% of his effort even during the holidays. We had tried to purchase a vehicle only to find there was a recall and the sale couldn't be completed. Andrew took the extra effort to contact Mercedes Corporate in Georgia to find another vehicle. Within a few days he contacted us with information regarding a replacement. The vehicle had to be shipped from the East Coast. We were surprised to receive a phone call earlier than expected informing us the replacement had arrived and would be ready for pickup later that day. Raul took the time to review all the new features of the hybrid we purchased. In addition, he set up the Mercedes me app for us, making for an easy transition. In addition, Andrew and his team (A-team) including Raul, have been in communication after our purchase to ensure we are happy and satisfied. I have never received this type of service at other dealerships. We will be buying all future vehicles through Andrew. Thank you to the Andrew team!! More
