Outstanding automobile buying experience. I wanted to take a moment to share what a great automobile shopping experience I had with Walters MB this weekend. This was my third Benz in 7 years a I wanted to take a moment to share what a great automobile shopping experience I had with Walters MB this weekend. This was my third Benz in 7 years and my third dealership as well. Finally I have found my MB home. I will be happy to drive past my local MB dealership 30 miles to bring my new car here for service and anything else for that matter. I have never had such a pleasurable MB buying experience. The entire team is focused on point and dedicated to making sure every customer is taken good care of. I had a specifically difficult deal to work out so my sale person Kanisha turned it over to Andrew the sales manager right away for obvious reasons. Wow Andrew, possibly the youngest most professional and best car sales manager I have ever come across. It was no wonder to me why the whole team was so on point knowing this is the guy leading the sales team. My next three if not all my future MB cars or suvs will undoubtedly come from right here at Walters in riverside. I would be a fool to waste any of my time shopping anywhere else before coming right back here. I also contacted two other MB dealers on my offer. It took them both two days to even get back to me. By then Andrew and I were in a first name basis and I had the exact offer I was looking for. The other two dealers (fletcher jones & house of imports) finally woke up and got back to me Saturday morning. It was unfortunate for them cause I was already signing the papers on my new car as they were both blowing up my phone in the sales office. You snooze you lose. I’m so happy I found Walters and I’m even happier they gave me the deal I wanted, and even though I know they didn’t make much money they didn’t seem to care. They really seemed like they just wanted another new customer for life. They got one!!! Thank you Andrew, Raul, Kanisha and Julio. You folks are good at what you do!! I don’t even know how to type this lol, but I can honestly say I enjoyed my car shopping and experience. More

Great help We were dealing with Andrew Wagner and Raul Ayala at Walters Mercedes. We had made an offer to purchase a new Mercedes and were told it would be at W We were dealing with Andrew Wagner and Raul Ayala at Walters Mercedes. We had made an offer to purchase a new Mercedes and were told it would be at Walters on Monday. Due to the fact that Andrew's wife was at that time having a baby, somehow the car did not reach Walters. Raul Ayala and his manager Frank Serreo stepped up big time and held the deal together. When the car did arrive Raul was there to take us through the process step by step to make sure we understood what had happened and that we actually got a better deal. Raul went so far as to actually take off the sheepskins on our trade in and put them on our new car. We were very impressed with him, his great attitude, and his ability to close a deal we were ready to walk away from. He passed us to Justin who is about the best F.& I guy we've worked with. He flipped us to a lease and saved us some $$. Thanks to all! More
