Service updated my system due to recall sat Sept 14 wo24 now key fob not working also fixed rear view camera. I had no calls no updates from service coordinator had to question why it took so long today triple a opened my car manually drive it to 157 and ys 1 spent $29.00 for battery which did nothing. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at this location not even offered water what has happened to the service dept at this location.?????? .the person I was working with last name never texted me never called in sat was Mazze 5 hours. Nothing. Today he replaced my battery and chg me$20.00. plus say and today 3percent for using credit card. Horrible horrible customer service. I still need a extra key but my finance person was too busy to take care of ordering one disgruntled customer. More

We put it on the computer and it’s giving us a general code. Auto Zone was free and Hyundai charged $400. They only used the same computer Auto Zone has and charged me $400 for diagnostic. They gave me a starting rate when I dropped my car and when they called me, she said, we don’t know exactly what’s the problem because it’s giving us a general code and it could be anything.
