Overall, I'm pleased with the entire process, however. There is one thing that I'm a put-out over. It's not just at my dealership, it's also, allover on-line reviews and Youtube as well. The fuel tank on my Highlander, is NOT 17+ gallons, it's closer to 13.5 gallon tank. If I'd have known this, I would have gone a different direction in vehicles. More

I'll start by saying I hate to shop for a new car. I do not like all the haggling. My experience with Mac Haik changed all that . It was a very positive experience.
