Mostly very, very friendly people. But not necessarily good at listening: I signed a lease one week before. I called ahead and made an appointment for all of the factory stickers to be removed, and for the car to be washed - my salesman had run out of time as my paperwork finished near closing time. So the car had a bunch of stickers meant to be removed before delivery, and was pretty dusty outside. So, I drove nearly 50 minutes there and over an hour back, and waited about 1-3/4 hours ... and they washed the car. I'm not sure a single one of about over a dozen white stickers were removed from: the dash display, the visor mirrors, the vanity light above the passenger mirror, a few on the front m=bumper, on the non-driver's interior door pulls, rear air vents, and multiple on the steering wheel controls, and so on. When they told me it was ready, I had another appointment to go to, so I didn't even bother to tell them that all the factory stickers (white and clear) were still all over the car. They were great about providing a Lyft to take me to a nearby mall so that I could wait / work in comfort there. This was all complimentary. I took my Hyundai NEXO to the service center, and three days later, they called me to say that they didn't have the necessary authorization documents to repair the vehicle. This was a complete waste of my days later, they called me to say that they didn't have the necessary authorization documents to repair the vehicle. This was a complete waste of my time. In America, time = money, and as a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with such inconvenience. If a company causes inconvenience to its customers, it should compensate for it with a gesture. You send out customer satisfaction surveys to understand customer experiences, but the truth is, an unhappy customer is live advertisement for dissatisfaction. My advice to you: always value your customers and make them feel appreciated. The first step to achieving this is through employee training. Well-trained and knowledgeable employees improve customer satisfaction and help maintain the company’s reputation. Remember, customer experience is the most valuable investment a business can make. The only thing that made me happy throughout the process was the refreshments in your office. My children enjoyed them and were happy. Also, the employee handling our paperwork was very friendly and tried to assist us. However, at the end of the day, I had a service experience with no results. More

Kevin helped us on 1/18. I had visited two other Hyundai dealers in-person and several online. We got a super deal on a “used” new car (used by dealer GM) however he really went to bat for us on pricing. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! I didn’t know when we test drove the car that it was “used”/new. I wish that was conveyed up front however it would not have impacted our decision to move forward. Also I wish the dealership did a slightly better job cleaning the car - white paint spot was left on the back window. I don’t recall the name of the Finance professional we worked with but he was stellar! More
