My husband and I visited Pacific BMW in search of our next car, and we had the pleasure of working with James Kim. From the moment we met him, James impressed us with his incredible depth of knowledge - he’s truly a walking encyclopedia when it comes to BMWs. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. James was friendly, approachable, and never made us feel pressured, which we really appreciated. Thanks to his guidance, we found the perfect car and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We also worked with Ray from Finance, who made the paperwork process smooth and straightforward. He explained our options clearly and helped us wrap things up quickly without any hassle. Highly recommend James and the team at Pacific BMW! More

I had the single best car buying experience of my entire life at Pacific BMW. Everyone was so professional, kind, customer, service, oriented, and knowledgeable. They made the car buying process, smooth, fa life at Pacific BMW. Everyone was so professional, kind, customer, service, oriented, and knowledgeable. They made the car buying process, smooth, fast and easy. When I think of buying a car, I prepare for an absolute nightmare, but this was the exact opposite experience. I want to make them my home service dealership as well just so I can visit the dealership anytime I need an oil change or service on my new BMW. I love that they are family owned and make you feel like family the second you walk through the doors. Thank you Pacific BMW for everything and I am definitely a customer for life. More
