Ray Gerbich and Steve Rost were the gentleman that i worked with on the Nov. 9th of 2013. Both gentleman were extremely pleasant to work with. There was zero and i mean zero conflict with any of the n worked with on the Nov. 9th of 2013. Both gentleman were extremely pleasant to work with. There was zero and i mean zero conflict with any of the negotiations we settled on a fair price for my trade in and was given a very fair deal on the new vehicle we purchased which was a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport. I will for sure be recommending everyone that asks me to shop at Phil Long Ford of Denver and i will be telling them to only work with these 2 gentleman. I worked with Ray Gerbich when I went to buy a 2013 Ford Fusion. I've always been hesitant about buying cars because you hear horror stories about having a horrible salesman, but this was not the case with Fusion. I've always been hesitant about buying cars because you hear horror stories about having a horrible salesman, but this was not the case with Ray. He made my very first new car buying experience so easy. He was not pushy at all, which is a big thing for me. I absolutely hate when car salesmen call you all the time and push you to buy a car right away. The first day I went in he told me to take my time, shop around and contact him with any questions I may have. I shopped around, had some pretty bad salesmen at other dealerships and came back a couple days later to take another Fusion for a ride. He was still not pushy, helped me make some tough decisions on interior, color, engine, etc. and found me the exact car I wanted that fit in my price range. He found all the discounts he could for me and threw in some extra things to help make me feel better about such a large purchase. It was truly a pleasant experience and I feel I can contact him whenever I need to about my car with questions, or really anything. I would definitely recommend shopping at Phil Long if you are looking for a new car and look up Ray. I know I'll be recommending him to my friends and family. More

Purchased a used 2011 KIA for grandchildren. They had two VERY used Hondas. The trade-in seemed fair given the condition of the vehicles. Ray was very helpful and understanding of what I was trying to do. I got a good far at a fair price. I think Ray deserves kudos for patience as well. I had just come from the adjacent KIA dealer who had reneged on a firm deal and was quite aggravated. I probably came on a bit strong when I walked in. Didn't phase Ray. When my grandkids went back the next day to sign some papers they took their 15-month child. Ray gave her a baloon. Class act! More
