After buying a 2015 Chrysler 200, a few days later I noticed the brakes squeaking significantly. I made an appointment to go back so a technician could look at it. They told me to take it to the Chrysle noticed the brakes squeaking significantly. I made an appointment to go back so a technician could look at it. They told me to take it to the Chrysler side. When I pulled up they had no record of my appointment in the system. Then they had to call over to the Chevy side and figure out what was going on. Finally after waiting 20 minutes they told me to take it to the Chevy side because they sold me the car. After waiting an hour the technician and manager came out and told me the brakes were 100% fine and nearly new. Fast forward 6 months later. The brakes never stopped squeaking and I finally had enough and took it for a full inspection at a very reliable repair shop. After the inspection I was shown pictures of the front rotors and pads. The front rotors were completely warped and the pads were also nearly 90% worn. I drove the car a total of 3,000 miles. After calling and speaking to the manager he insisted that the rotors were most likely warped because of the driving and the same with the pads and took no responsibility for neglecting to actually have a technician take care of the issue when I brought it back the first time. I'd be very cautious of buying a car from them and I would definitely have an inspected by a third party before doing so. More
