Alana was an absolutely phenomenal salesperson. We drove 4 hours to look at a RAV4 that was unfortunately sold before we got there. However she sat and listened to what we wanted in a car and had the perfect car on the lot. We got the car for $10,000 less than our local dealerships for the local dealership. She got us the down payment and monthly we wanted. It was a painless process and by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease through the process from initial contact through the purchase. She checked back after two days and I told her we had found two small issues with the car. She told us to bring the car in and have them look at it to take care of the issue. After driving back down they diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the parts in stock to fix it. She offered to drive to our home and leave us with a loaner while the repairs are completed. All of this for a used car that was. Not even a CPO. Words don’t express how blown away I am with the quality of service from Alana and the Jimmy Britt family and can’t wait to do more business with them in the future. It is worth every minute of the drive! More

So long story short…I worked with Rayon, Jesse, and Jarred. I had my things in order and this dealership had theirs in order as well. Jarred was my salesperson. Jarred kept me engaged in conversation while my paperwork was being put together… I signed… waited for my car to be delivered… (sidebar: the detailer could step it up a little, because he missed many spots as he was detailing my Jeep; however, that takes nothing from the experience)….I was very comfortable with my first agreement and JESSE got the payments even better….so everyone, all around was perfect and I’m a proud owner of a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK Limited!!
