Had a vehicle shipped to me that was scratched up with a bad battery. Pictures revealed none of this and was supposedly in showroom condition and was being reconditioned before shipping. It arrived filthy, stinky and full of scratches and gouges. My 2007 4Runner is in better condition than their showroom 2020! The truck wouldn’t start after they finally sent my title. See any vehicle in person before buying from this dealership. They will say it’s excellent condition and pictures and videos from 4 feet away will not show damage. No warranty at all on a $39,000 truck? Ate a grand to have a beat up truck with a bad battery shipped. Salesman made a sale and some money. Asking for any and all scratches I was shown a light scratch on the front bumper. Terrible touch up paint all over the vehicle with scratches and gouges not revealed and the passenger rear corner bumper is broken. Wobbles when touched. Haven’t got a price on that but will eat that charge and inquire on paint work to make it a vehicle I can be proud of in the condition I purchased it in. See any vehicle in person before purchasing because they will hide everything to make a sale. No warranty and no assistance in repair work. It’s my fault for trusting the word of a young salesman. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will never purchase another vehicle out of state and have it shipped without my own visual inspection. More
