Unethical dealership! Told me to submit an online credit application for a vehicle, which was supposedly unable to leave the lot, due to a service bulletin that had to be Told me to submit an online credit application for a vehicle, which was supposedly unable to leave the lot, due to a service bulletin that had to be incorporated. Submitted the application as requested using the VIN number of the desired vehicle. Days later, found my credit had been run. However, they never told me if I had been approved or not, but did tell me the vehicle had been sold the day I put the application in. When I responded to the email from the manager who sent me an email questionnaire as to my satisfaction, I told him of how they ran my credit after a vehicle was sold, and I still had no update on the status of approval. He never responded but forwarded the email to another manager, who lied and said they had never run it and pulled my credit report back once they realized it was sold . At this point, I have at least six letters from creditors and my credit score has dropped 37 points as a result. The emails I received from this organization were absolutely insulting and lies. This place is a disgrace as to how they treat potential customers-stay away! More
