Very slow process for cash deal with minimal discount. 5 phone calls no answer about payoff. Asked to be there in a half hour arrived a what we thought would take 15 min to 1/2 hour took over 2 hours. I 5 phone calls no answer about payoff. Asked to be there in a half hour arrived a what we thought would take 15 min to 1/2 hour took over 2 hours. I found house keys in the phone holder and drove up the next day to get the second set of keys. Finance guy way not even aware the wire was sent at 10:30. More
