I am normally very please with the service but recent visits have me a little puzzled. I am currently waiting on parts that are on order and have had no updates at all. I also left Rebecca a message ab visits have me a little puzzled. I am currently waiting on parts that are on order and have had no updates at all. I also left Rebecca a message about my oil consumption project on my Santa Fe, and if I am supposed to put oil in it or I believe I understand that they have to do it to document it. I'm at a stand still right now and am getting to the point that I have to add oil. Do I need an appointment for this or just stop in and when will my parts be in? Eric Emmons More
