1st of all its I love my Genesis and I did love my My service with Zeigler of Holland Mi. before they closed down the Genesis lot. Now I have to take car to Maple Hill Volvo in Kamazoo MI. I was get a lo service with Zeigler of Holland Mi. before they closed down the Genesis lot. Now I have to take car to Maple Hill Volvo in Kamazoo MI. I was get a loaner car to take care of my business. Like picking up my kids which I couldn't do it that day when Maple didn't give me one. Because it's not in there loaner range. If you going to close down a place of business and move customers else where they should get the same service. I bought the car because I thought it was a quality car with quality service that comes with it. Now I'm thinking I should have with elsewhere and bought a different car. My car is only 2 years old. The person came over to Muskegon 90 miles away in a car but it wasn't no longer car. Genesis dealership has to do better. I was hurt plus I was told. And another thing they canceled my first appointment said I canceled it so I had to go another 3000 miles before I have disappointment I just received. 10/12/2023 More

The young women that greet the customer when I first drove were very pleasant and welcoming. I was offered a ride to an office supply store while I waited helping me keep my work day intact without the drove were very pleasant and welcoming. I was disappointed with the visit on September 22. I went in to begin the process of doing an oil consumption test. They changed my oil and apparently inspected under the valve covers. I left and driv I went in to begin the process of doing an oil consumption test. They changed my oil and apparently inspected under the valve covers. I left and drive 25 mile with it smoking and so I called the service and they said it would stop. When I reached my destination I opened the hood and there was oil everywhere. I had to have it towed back to the shop. They found a pinched valve cover gasket from when the did the work. More

Everything was great. I was greeted immediately and Rebecca was expecting me. The dealership was clean and orderly. I felt positive about the professional attention I received. The ONLY problem was the leftover bottle of oil was put on the front passenger seat. If there had bit of oil on the outside, that would have gotten on the fabric and leather on the seat! Please make sure techs know to put leftover bottles of oil in something and on the FLOOR, esp since I have floor mats. More
