My brother-in-law suggested that I contact Rebecca Wille; he had purchased a car from her in February. So I called Rebecca and had a great experience. Rebecca was friendly, upbeat, patient with my indecision, honest about my options, and finally guided me to the the best choice for my situation. She never tried to push me in one direction or another and was immensely helpful every step of the way. And I enjoyed her company! I hope to have my 2014 Accord for a long time, but if and when I need to make another automobile purchase, I will certainly contact Rebecca again. More

I considered the quote she supplied me with for a rather long time, but wasn't pressured to act immediately or forgotten when I did make my decision. When I did come in to view the vehicle in person, she explained everything very thouroughly and allowed me to make the decision at my own pace. Having had an awful experience at another nearby Honda dealership, meeting a saleswoman who was patient, friendly, and informative made the experience of buying a car much more enjoyable than I expected it to be. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rebecca as a sales representative. More

I met Rebecca after searching on line late one night for some price quotes on the 2014 Honda Accord. I sent the pricing request via Mungenast's web site expecting it to take at least until the next day to h some price quotes on the 2014 Honda Accord. I eventually met with Rebecca at the dealership not knowing what to expect since buying a car has always seemed like such a stressful hassle with pressured sales tactics and numbers being thrown at you from all angles. But when I began talking with Rebecca, I became relaxed by her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor and warm smile. She listened to me and knew the right questions to ask. Rebecca made the entire buying experience pleasant, relaxing, and easy. Rebecca took the extra time to show me all the new technological features of my new Accord that would have taken me days to figure out. All in all a very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest sales representative. I absolutely hate car shopping. Late in the evening I was doing research on a few different vehicles and dealers. Rebecca answered my request almost right away. I worked with Rebecca and Josh on my recent Honda Civic purchase, and what a team! I initially sought an internet price quote, where I dealt with Rebecca Wille. She was straightforward, honest and helped purchase, and what a team! I initially sought an internet price quote, where I dealt with Rebecca Wille. She was straightforward, honest and helped me understand all the little extras and fine print that other dealers were including in their apparently lower quotes! She answered many of my questions and really made me feel comfortable moving forward with a test drive. This was my first experience buying a new car on my own, so it definitely felt great dealing with someone so obviously trustworthy. At the recommendation of a friend, I also worked with Josh Ulrich, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He set me up with the test drive, helpfully explained all of the features, and assuaged all of my concerns (and there were many!) over buying a new car! Again, a very straight shooter. He was very upfront about pricing and what kind of wiggle room we could get. He told me exactly what to expect for the day and how long I would be in the dealership, who I would meet with and what would happen every step of the way. I've never financed a car, or purchased a new car before, so it was very calming to know what the day had in store for me! He even lent a car to my friend so she could run out and grab us lunch while I filled out paperwork! After everything was said and done, Josh still took the time to set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car, showed me all of the stereo and menu features, and made sure I had all of my questions answered before I drove off the lot! 5 star service at Mungenast, I will definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family! More
