I had a very unfortunate and unpleasant experience with my overall deals at Jerry Elm Dodge. There was lies told, agreements, which representative of Jerry Ulm abandoned. There was a particular unpleasant experience with the one of the financial managers by the name Derrick who took advantage of my fiancé’s language barrier and manipulated her into signing a document which she didn’t understand. On the Mother’s Day weekend, me and my fiancé purchased over $100,000 in vehicle vehicles and we had secured agreements with the personnel working. The financial manager, Derrick stated our contracts or financial agreements have been approved by the bank so we took the two vehicles and we were satisfied with the deals. Today, May 16, my fiancé went back to the dealership to purchase gap insurance on the vehicle we purchased for her. Derrick tricked her into signing a new contract where the interest rate had gone up 3% and the financial terms were stretched out for an additional year from what we have previously agreed upon. My fiancé is primary language in Spanish and she doesn’t understand a lot of the wording in sales contracts so it was important that I be present during any contract negotiations as I was on Mother’s Day weekend. Derrick saw that she had entered the dealership without me and tricked her into signing a new contract. For these reasons, I would give Jerry Ulm Dodge lowest rating possible in customer satisfaction and I would never recommend anyone. I know to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. Thank you. More
