This was my first purchase experience with Wolfchase, I have couple of friends who got their cars from here and I heard good things about this dealership. I interacted with "Caelan Marshall", he was the sa have couple of friends who got their cars from here and I heard good things about this dealership. I interacted with "Caelan Marshall", he was the sales consultant and then later on met with Tim and Reggie. I had overall nice interaction with all the staffs, except "Reggie Williams" from Finance. We finalized the deal before we went to him, means I was already prepared to buy the vehicle, but when I asked few questions about powertrain warranty and other stuffs, his reaction was "you want to buy the car or NOT". Really surprised by his behavior, we were told initially that powertrain warranty is covered for 6yrs 60k miles, whichever comes earlier and we wanted to clear this out. But his reaction was "Honda offers it for 5yrs, you want to buy it or NOT". I visited this dealership first time and purchased the vehicle on the first day, still he asked that question, really not happy with his behavior. There were other things too: 1. Rude behavior when asked few questions. 2. Rushing into things while explaining While discussion I made him correct 2 things in the document, rate on interest and one of the packages was missing from the policies. If I also would have rushed like him or followed his words, I could have missed it too and ended up paying higher rate of interest or missed the protection package. I usually don't write such feedbacks, but really wanted Wolfchase to be aware of this. More
