Wolfchase Honda #1 I live away from Memphis. I came in town a few days before and visited many car dealers. I explained to each dealer what my family's needs were and ho I live away from Memphis. I came in town a few days before and visited many car dealers. I explained to each dealer what my family's needs were and how much I would be willing to spend. Also, that I wouldn't be buying a vehicle on that day. I was fishing for the best deal and the best vehicle. To be honest, I was intending to buy from an American brand. But, they did not want to play nice. I visited 2 Honda dealers and both were willing to play nice. I came back 4 days later and we were buying from someone. The "other" dealer went cold. That was good for me. Wolfchase stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. Nice people, comfortable environment. FREE popcorn and ice cream. The deal was easy and I feel it was a win win for us both. We'll be going back in a couple of years. My teenage daughter loves the Honda Fit! More

Professional, kind, caring staff! I was resistant to turn over my Honda at an amazing 399,544 miles! However the people who helped me to make this purchase possible are amazing! I have been coming to Wolfchase Honda for years to have my previous Honda serviced. Dexter Alexander is my service advisor. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dexter! He always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need for my Honda! When it was time to purchase a new vehicle, Matt Emery introduced me to Don Vickery! Don Vickery is an expert when it comes to Honda! Within minutes, Don helped me to choose the make and model of my next Honda! I never felt pressured or harassed to buy a vehicle from Don! The first day we met, I left the dealership still hopeful I could get another 100,000 miles out of my Honda! Ha! When I returned, I made a phone call to Don and he again answered all my questions and made the purchase experience so very smooth! Thank you also goes to Billy Kessler for answering my additional questions! Another kind and professional member of Wolfchase! Lastly, I wish to thank Reggie Williams! Reggie you are amazing! He answered all of our questions and even brought some things to our attention that we hadn’t thought about. He was not pushy at all, very patient. We did most of our communication by phone which was extremely helpful to me, having a full time career and two 13 month olds. My time was very valuable and he respected and appreciated that. Originally we only wanted a test drive but his professionalism and the time he took with us with “no strings” made us want to give him our business. More
