Steller customer service 2x in one week The service team at Smythe Volvo is incredible. I was there on Monday and Mike Watson helped me after my car was damaged by a sign post. He ordered al The service team at Smythe Volvo is incredible. I was there on Monday and Mike Watson helped me after my car was damaged by a sign post. He ordered all the parts and ensured that they got painted in a timely manner. He went above and beyond when he took pictures of the damage to explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. He even sent me the pictures so I can use them in my claim against the township. He documented his efforts so well that when I came in on Thursday with a flat tire (unrelated to the first incident) Regina was able to check on the parts and get them installed at the same time my flat was being fixed. I can't thank the team at Smythe Volvo enough for making the best out of a bad situation. The service team far exceeded my expectations! More
