Even when something goes wrong, Smythe does it right. I recently had my XC90 in for a scheduled service. Unfortunately, something odd occurred which required attention at my home very shortly after I got I recently had my XC90 in for a scheduled service. Unfortunately, something odd occurred which required attention at my home very shortly after I got back. I placed one call to Michael and he immediately put me in contact with Regina. Everything that followed was efficient and exceptional. From Anthony and Bryan coming to attend to the problem, to delivering me a car to use for the weekend. When my car was returned to me, It looked as good as the day I picked it up! This is why we choose to return to Smythe. Exceptional is the norm. I look forward to many more years of servicing my XC90 and our eagerly awaited XC60, which hopefully will arrive in the next two weeks! Thanks for everything. More
