I drove like 4 hours to get a car from them and I put a deposit to secure the car as they requested and made an appointment to drive the car and came all the way from Albany to get it and I did the test dr deposit to secure the car as they requested and made an appointment to drive the car and came all the way from Albany to get it and I did the test drive and everything went great until they take your social security number and your drive license and pull up your credit and tell you they don’t have the title for the car!! Like seriously how can you not get a title as a dealership while the car is on sale on your website for more than four weeks!! They make you feel like they are scammers and not a dealership for not have the title. If you go there they will literally make you cry. Because the lady named “Sarah” is super rude and so unprofessional!! She will make you feel like you work for her!! I have been in so many dealerships but that one is the worst. Please be careful people when you go there because you will be disappointed and cry on your way back home!! Dodge should take serious actions about these dealerships who play dirty with their name. My point is how you gonna make some one test drive a car you have and make them pay deposit and run their credit and after all that come and say when don’t have the title!!!! That is so unprofessional…. More
