I was in the market for a new vehicle, specifically the Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. I called Wilsonville to get information and spoke with someone named Riley who shared insight about this vehicle and th Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. When I went in person, I worked with Nan who helped me understand that I would only be working with her the entire time (as in, I wouldn't be sent to the Finance team to haggle/hassle with further packages or speak about credit), which was a refreshing thing in car buying. Nan was very informative and helped me a lot the entire time and helped me figure out the best options for me. I did not rate them 5 stars only because I was told one thing over the phone but some of those things were not true when I arrived in person. For example, I was told that I would only have to come in and put a deposit down on the vehicle so that I can reserve it for myself, but when I went in, I was told that the only way to reserve the vehicle was if I signed all the paperwork and put the deposit down as if I were purchasing it. Ultimately, I wanted this car, so I was happy walking away without a vehicle (it is scheduled to arrive a couple of weeks after signing). More

I didn’t have to play the cat and mouse haggling that has been a major part of every dealership experience I have ever had. I was waited on hand and foot and treated like a real human and not a walking commission check. The lobby is incredibly user friendly and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else to buy. Reilly scheduled my appointment and the rest is history. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I had already been to another dealership and was offered a deal. After going over a few options that didn’t work for my budget, I showed Kevin the offer from a competitor and he quickly found a truck that was better than the offer and then beat the offer. Rather than pushing the higher payment and trying to sell me on that, he found a truck that checked all the boxes, especially my budget. Make sure you ask for Kevin when you go. From my first inquiry, the dealership was very responsive. I made an appointment with Logan for the car I was interested in (a Rav 4 Prime). Wilsonville was the only dealership in the greater Po responsive. I made an appointment with Logan for the car I was interested in (a Rav 4 Prime).
