I actually got a much better deal on an oil change from your dealership than the specific to oil change stores out there. I had a problem with my air conditioner stopping to shoot out cool air after about 20-30 minutes plus a broken windshield wiper blade. After understanding that it would take about 4 hours to diagnose the problem, I had to call in after 5 hours to understand the status of my repairs. What I got was a 14 point list of all the other items that were wrong... which I never asked for... and there was no status of what I asked to have repaired. It took another half hour to get a status on the repairs that I had requested in the first place. BTW, the 14 point list had severely inflated prices such that I doubt that I will ever them repaired by Nissan of Torrance. More
