Rey took the time to follow up with a call instead of an email just to make sure everything is being handled the way it should. The day had him so busy and he kept taking the time to swing by to check in. Jay is an all around nice guy that truly enjoys his job and it shows. Any questions about a Porsche he can answer before a Turbo S can hit 60 mph! This is a guy you can chat about anything with while he performs his duties flawlessly. Jay is a true professional and checks facts before replying to you - a trait not many have and I appreciate that a lot. Brian Westbrook in the F&I office is warm, friendly & sincere in the closing section of the deal. I truly appreciate the openness & transparent manner in which he operates. I was offered top-of-the-market trade in value for my car and that spoke volumes and made this a deal easy to make. These times are truly unique for the Porsche brand and it was kismet that this happened at the time it did. My car never got a chance to be marketed on the website! Great work Rey! Right on time for Christmas and what a way to close out a fantastic year. While I have only driven my Cayman 68 miles so far, I am positive there will be many more miles to come. I can't wait to schedule my second orientation to understand all the features in more depth. Jay has already reached out regarding it. Porsche Atlanta Perimeter won my business because Rey Gordillo is an expert at selling a car in the internet age. I purchased from out of state because Rey had the car with the features I wanted. While others dealers were incessant with the overplayed word track of only wanting to get you physically into the dealer, after a warm invitation Rey was as comfortable as I with handling the car deal through modern communications such as text, e-mail, and phone as needed. Rey was proactive and sent me pictures of the car before they were available on the website. When I purchased the car, I was greeted as I came in, and there we no surprise fees or non-disclosed add-ons. Rey was at the dealership ready with all the paperwork, and the price we negotiated was the price I paid. They offered their customer lounge to my family during the test drive, and I was told it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was worth the drive to see Rey and enjoy the buying experience at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. More
