By luck our initial contact with RBM of Alpharetta connected us with Bill Favini, and he proved to be one of the best ads for this Mercedes dealership! We were new to the Mercedes line and he helped u connected us with Bill Favini, and he proved to be one of the best ads for this Mercedes dealership! We were new to the Mercedes line and he helped us navigate the line to choose the best option for us - a beautiful GLC300 SUV that embodied all the features and options that were the best fit for us, and luckily Bill found one for us from current inventory. Bill also answered our many questions, followed through on every detail, and worked with us so we left with a feeling of a great experience.
