Brewster Subaru was great overall but their staff is special. All those we interacted with were friendly, courteous and laid back. We really enjoyed working with Robyn. She was knowledgeable on the vehicles and trims, understood what we were looking for immediately and presented all our different options clearly. It was refreshing that she took the time to field our questions with patience and kept in touch in between dealership visits to make sure progress was made with insurance and finalize the deal for our trade-in. We really appreciate that Robyn put together a fair deal for us and even beat other dealerships in the region. She also gave us a great demo of all the features of the car we chose when we test-drove and again before we drove our new and awesome Forester off the lot. Rich was our Finance manager and took care while walking us through all of the legal documents including finalizing registration, plates and the like. This part of the transaction can seem tedious but Rich kept things light which made it a lot less so. We felt relaxed because he let us take our time to read through the transaction documents and understand the different dealer loyalty incentives. My wife loved that he proudly displays a movie poster for The Sunshine Boys on his office wall. When we first sat down with Rich we mentioned there were some dirty spots on the new car that are generally taken care of during the vehicle prep before the car is put in the lot for the customer to drive away. Right away, Rich made sure the car was all cleaned up and ready to go. Based on all of those experiences we would definitely recommend this dealership. It was an added bonus that they have great popcorn, cold water and a coffee machine that makes hot chocolate so good you'll drink it in the summer. More

Best & easiest dealing; lowest price! Visited 4 Subaru dealers. 2 would not even give us numbers and we left without anyone even giving us their business card. The last dealership was more friendly, but couldn't beat Brewster Subaru's price. The staff at Brewster Subaru is the friendliest car dealing staff I've ever worked with. There was a lot of back-and-forth with the numbers, but they met us every step of the way. Ultimately pointing out that they wanted us to be happy customers, we told them the deal that would make us happy and they met it. We picked up our vehicle a few days later. Pick up went seamlessly. We were on our way in an hour after a nice tour of the specialty features of our vehicle. More
