He was great about explaining all the bells and whistles and even could answer my future concerns! I am sure he will probably hear from me with additional questions but right now, I am just enjoying driving this car. Patrick was very helpful with my questions about some issues at DMV and Danny helped me understand a little more about some technical aspects. I had gone to a different dealership out of state a I was referred to this dealership by a close friend because they had had a spectacular experience. I had gone to a different dealership out of state and was not pleased with the service as they were very pushy and did not respect the fact that I was not interested in buying that day. I had an old outback that I wanted to get rid of but still owed on the loan. They were able to give me a great price for the trade in and broke down a payment plan for the lease which was phenomenal. Both Robyn and Rich are amazing, friendly people and very easy to work with. Absolutely loved working with them and would definitely recommend them to someone else as my friend did for me.
