Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

This is the second car i purchased from them, the first was a new Legacy and both times the staff met and exceeded my expectations. This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Recently I purchased my fourth Subaru. Yes, its obvious I think they are the safest vehicles on the road. However, my reason for this review is the dealership and people involved in the sale, financing, and servicing of my Forester. Despite being a repeat customer of Brewster Subaru, I am treated with the same professionalism and courtesy afforded to new buyers. My sales rep, Roy, provides a detailed review of all the new Subaru's, their features, options, and prepares an affordable sales price. On pickup day, Roy goes through the entire car with me so I know all the features and where they are located. He even even takes the time to set up my bluetooth connection and set my favorite radio stations. Rich, in financing, obtains the best rate for my lease and goes through the paperwork at closing with extreme precision so I know what my rates, payments, obligations, and benefits to my lease. Danny, in service, is always accommodating to my needs, and fits my car into service at a moments notice. I cant say enough about this dealership. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with such pleasantness that carries though every step of the car buying process. I would never go anywhere but Brewster Subaru, and neither should you.. More
